We provide a confidential computing environment. While we employ state-of-the-art security measures (Confidential Enclaves), you acknowledge that no system is 100% infallible, though strictly minimized by our zero-retention architecture.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Booll.io be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
